Over a period of time in an outdoor setting, teak will weather to a beautiful silver grey colour. The amount of time taken to reach this colouring will vary with exposure to different weather conditions.

Because teak is a natural material, occasionally small cracks may appear and disappear with variations in weather conditions. This is normal and is nothing to worry about - it will not affect the life of your furniture.

We do not recommend treating your product with teak oil or other preservatives. It is not necessary, and will not extend the life of your furniture.

Only the best quality solid brass and stainless steel is used on our furniture.

Storing your furniture indoors over the winter is not necessary - Packman Teak Furniture can be left outdoors, uncovered all year round. However, if you do cover your furniture, you should choose a cover material that allows the wood to breathe.
