Packman Furniture are specialists in teak furniture, made for the commercial market: hotels, holiday cottages and restaurants. By supplying to the trade, all our furniture has to be made to a higher standard than domestic furniture such as you would buy from the high street or garden centre. For example - all our teak is kiln dried before it is carved, this stops it from swelling and shrinking due to the weather conditions.

Our furniture is made with mortis and tenant joints, doweled and extra fine sanded to the high traditional standards. All our tables have extra supports underneath for added strength and durability.

Teak is a deciduous hardwood tree from managed plantations which does not come from tropical rainforests. Teak has a naturally high oil content that makes it resistant to rotting when exposed to extreme weather conditions.

We believe in working for a greener environment and, as a result minimising our environmental impact is top priority. The wood used for much of our Gloucestershire teak furniture is natural, and sourced from recognised companies, and therefore highly environmentally friendly.
